Morelia Restaurants

Morelia offers a varied and tasty cuisine to the visitor, since it still preserves the ancestral shades inherited by the descendants of the tarascas (natives of the region), which further on merged with the Spanish cuisine; with the arrival of the conquerors, new techniques were added to the recollection, the hunting and the fishing, like cultivation of almonds, and other plants; raising animals like pigs and cattle.
